This event aims to create an environment for equipping & impartation which rests on the foundation of a BOTH& approach to ministry (Spirit & Structure; Innovation & Ancient; Communication & Unction). This event will include atmospheres for encountering God, prophetic environments, practical workshops, and an opportunity to build ministry relationships. 

We believe the need in this hour is for young leaders to be naturally supernatural in building.
